Herinneren jullie mijn grote liefde, mijn Paule Ka tas, nog? Vorig jaar september heb ik wekenlang liefkozend over het tasje gesproken en nu nog steeds gebruik ik hem bijna dagelijks. Hij is ook gewoon onwijs fijn, alles past erin, hij hangt lekker aan mijn arm en de kleur is sinds de dag dat ik de tas kocht mijn lievelingskleur.
De tas, evenals het jurkje van Moschino Cheap & Chic en de Peeptoe’s van Pollini die ik jullie van het weekend liet zien, kocht ik bij Mostert & Van Leeuwen, in de van Oldenbarneveltstraat in Rotterdam. Ik word gelukkig van deze winkel. Waarom? Ten eerste is vrijwel alles mooi! Ten tweede verkopen ze er kleding die je in andere winkels en vaak ook online niet zo snel tegen komt. Daar komt bij dat ze niet alleen kleding, maar ook cosmetica verkopen, waaronder het merk Malin & Goetz. Ik ben verliefd op de mojito geurkaars van Malin & Goetz. Dan nog iets, als het uitverkoop is dan doen ze ook gelijk de gehele zomercollectie 50% en niet een zielig klein rekje. Oh.. en het allermooiste, ze hebben er een hele fijne mannenafdeling, dus als ik samen met mijn vriend ga shoppen kan hij zich daar uitleven terwijl ik rustig mijn dingetjes pas zonder dat knagende schuldgevoel ‘zal hij zich nu niet verschrikkelijk vervelen’. Natuurlijk krijg ik tussendoor wel van hem te horen dat de jurkjes ‘me prachtig staan’, kijk dat noem ik nou nog eens shoppen.
En dan vergeet ik misschien nog wel het belangrijkste, de super fijne persoonlijke service van Hugo Mostert en Sander van Leeuwen. Ze weten waar ze het over hebben, praten met liefde over hun kleding en zullen je nooit proberen iets aan te smeren. Maar staat jou iets prachtig? Dan zul je dat zeker horen.
