Maar ik had er zin in en vertrouwen. Ik denk dat 75% van hardlopen een kwestie van zelfverzekerdheid en vastberadenheid is. Als ik me van te voren instel op 5km, dan ben ik na 5km ook echt klaar mee, maar toen ik vanmorgen zei 15km, had ik na 5km amper het idee dat ik begonnen was, na 10km voelde ik het wel in mijn benen, maar de rest van m’n lichaam wilde verder. De laatste 3km liep ik als een verkrampte krant, maar de laatste paar honderdmeters wist ik er nog iets wat misschien zelfs nog wel als een springtje kan worden aangezien er uit te persen.
Na 15km was ik voldaan, meer voldaan dan als ik met tassen vol na een dagje shoppen thuis kom, meer voldaan dan na een zesgangenmenu in een driesterrenrestaurant, hell, zelfs meer voldaan dan dan na een geslaagd verjaardagsfeestje (en jullie weten hoe speciaal m’n verjaardag voor me is).
Ik was trots, uitgeput, vol met endorfine door m’n hele lichaam, ik kon alleen maar lachen, ik stond denk ik tien minuten in de deuropening en dacht, HA, ik ga het over zes-en-halve-week dus echt wel redden. En daarmee basta!

Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any means you may remove me from that service? Thanks!
