Ik zat Front Row, wat het geheel natuurlijk extra spannend maakte. Tegenover me zaten Karin Swerink (Hoofdredactrice Glamour) en Rinke Tjepkema (Fashion editor Grazia), overal om me heen zaten mooie mensen met iPhones en BlackBerry’s en Camera’s in de aanslag, het voelde heel erg echt.
De muziek begon, de lampen gingen aan, ik was spontaan mijn camera crisis vergeten want met dit licht ging alles prima! Wat we zagen? Kleur! Geen felle kleuren, maar de hoeveelheid zwart was minimaal. Veel blauw en rood, wat paars en aardetinten. Soepel vallende stukken, alles heel erg draagbaar. Behalve de hakken, die vielen ook bij een van de modellen niet in de smaak, want die trok ze halverwege uit (jammer dat dat aan de andere kant gebeurde en dat ik daar dus eigenlijk helemaal niks van heb mee gekregen!).
Vernieuwend? Niet echt. Maar dat hoeft niet, dit is het kleine zusje, dit moet draagbaar zijn. Het vernieuwen moeten ze maar lekker aan grote zus overlaten.
