Verder is die fijne periode van de maand nog steeds niet aangebroken, maar ik heb al wel minstens vier dagen alle PMS verschijnselen. Chocola bijvoorbeeld, krijg ik de hele dag niet uit m’n hoofd. Heb gelukkig super lekkere Raw Chocolate gevonden bij EkoPlaza, Lovechock! Het verschil tussen gewone chocolade en ‘rauwe chocolade’ is dat Raw Chocolate niet op een hogere temperatuur dan 49 graden verhit is, waardoor de goede bestanddelen van chocolade (zoals de antioxidanten en de stofjes die het verliefde gevoel op wekken) veel meer aanwezig zijn. Ook is de Lovechock lactosevrij en gezoet met natuurlijke suikers met een lage glycemische index (waardoor je bloedsuikerspiegel niet snel veel zal stijgen). Ander verschil met gewone chocolade, het is bloody expensive! Niet voor dagelijks genot bedoeld dus.
