Inmiddels is die periode van de maand aangebroken en OMG, ik heb het bijna niet meer. Normaal slik ik heel erg veel ibuprofen om de pijn te verdrukken. Want AU! Gelukkig is het (nog) niet zo erg als andere keren (waar ik zo bang voor was, omdat ik dan met 600mg ibuprofen nog steeds verga van de pijn!). Normaal functioneren echter, is uitgesloten.
Maar ik probeer er het beste van te maken, heb vanmorgen zelfs gewoon 5K hardgelopen, wel iets minder hard dan de afgelopen dagen, maar dat maakt niet uit. Ik heb gelopen en dat is wat vandaag telt.

Snij ingredienten, bak de paddestoelen en taugé heel eventjes aan en serveer met homemade pindasaus. Hoe je dat maakt? Onbewerkte pinda’s in de blender, heel eventjes op het vuur met wat kokosmelk, op smaak brengen met cayennepeper et voila!

Ik ben zelf sinds een aantal maanden aan het minderen met vlees eten, niet alleen omdat ik al bijna moet overgeven als ik aan het slachten van dieren denk etc maar ik vind het ook niet lekker meer..
De laatste tijd maak ik dus steeds meer vegetarische gerechten dus ik ga die van jou zeker opslaan ;)
