Om half acht wakker worden door het licht dat door ons grote raam binnen schijnt. Tot negen uur doezelen met een slaperig knuffeltje tussendoor. Om negen uur uit bed strompelen voor een glaasje water met citroen en m’n dagelijkse smoothie. Bloedsinaasappels, kiwi en banaan met magere yoghurt was de mix van de ochtend. Vriendje die rustig nog even verder slaapt z’n sapje brengen en ik duik op de bank waar ik steeds meer van begin te houden. Met Adele op de achtergrond lees ik het verhaal van Chrystal Renn, het is lang geleden dat ik een boek lees dat ik echt niet meer neer wil leggen alleen maar omdat ik het leuk vind, de laatste lees ik vrijwel alleen nog maar met ‘achterliggende gedachten’ en dat is bevredigend, maar soms mag je ook heus wel iets doen waar je misschien op het eerste gezicht niet zoveel van leert.
Ik geniet, wil dat de ochtend nooit stopt, maar als ik rechts bovenin het hoekje van het scherm van m’n MacBook kijk zie ik dat het alweer kwart over twaalf is. Ach.. wie zegt dat ik de ochtend niet nog even tot 13.00u kan uitrekken?
